I travelled 5 hr drive to visit the Lexor showroom in Dallas. It was worth the drive! Quinn went above and beyond to accommodate me in choosing a new pedicure chair. Her knowledge and professionalism was amazing. Plus she is sweet and so much fun! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high quality salon furniture.

My chairs has lasted almost 7 years without issues and when i thought a autofill switch was bad i was able to trouble shoot it through FaceTime with a specialist who gave me his personal number so i can do so. A+++

Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Issue was solved with assistant of the tech. He even advised me how to troubleshoot.

Bought a new module for a pedi chair that had quit massaging. Installed it and couldn’t get it to work still. Reached out to customer support and they were able to FaceTime me and walked me through it step by step and fixed my issues! Thanks guys, it works perfectly now.

I have always had great customer service with this company but this time was above and beyond. Cody spent the time with me via FaceTime to connect a new motherboard and new remote to my pedicure chair. It was tricky because my chair is a 2015 model. Not only did he walk me through it and get it to work but he also pointed out future issues I may have with the chair based on what he saw. I’m very grateful! I just want another year out of these chairs and I will buy new ones from them.
