These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of goods and services by Lexor Manufacturing, LLC (“Company”) to the purchaser (“customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms:

1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders at its discretion.

2. PRICING

All prices are listed in US currency and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges are additional unless otherwise stated.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments must be made in full before the shipment of Products unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.

4. NO CHARGEBACKS

The customer agrees not to initiate any chargebacks for any payments made under this agreement. All sales are final, any disputes shall be resolved directly with the Company.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Company will make reasonable efforts to ship Products by the estimated delivery date. The Company is not liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss or damage, additional charges will be passed on to the customer upon delivery. The Customer should inspect the shipment to make sure there is no damage prior to signing the Delivery Receipt. If you see any damages to the shipment, please take photos and note it in the Delivery Receipt before signing.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. The company does not accept any returns or issue refunds unless the Product is defective or not as described. In such cases, the Customer must notify the Company within 48 hours of receipt.

7. PRODUCT WARRANTY

The company warrants that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications. Please refer to our Limited Warranty  https://support.lexor.com for details.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

11. AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. The amended Terms will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website.

Lexor LLC (“Lexor”) offers an SMS and MMS messaging program for customers who voluntarily opt in to receive marketing communications from us.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional SMS and MMS messages from Lexor at the mobile phone number you provided. Messages may include product launches, salon furniture and equipment announcements, special offers, sales, financing promotions, events, and other Lexor marketing updates.

Your participation in the Lexor messaging program is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://lexor.com/policies/privacy-policy. Lexor does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Lexor may modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program at any time. We may also update these SMS and MMS Messaging Terms and Conditions by posting the revised terms on our website.
