Tracking Shipments

Once an order has shipped. You will receive an email/text message with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). You can track your order, estimates the delivery date, and review your order details from the link provided in your email/text.

Heavier items will be shipped via one of our freight carriers, Old Dominion Freight Line and R&L Carrier. Please note that the date provided is an estimate only and you are not guaranteed delivery on this date. The freight company may call you at least 24 hours in advance of delivery to notify you of a drop-off time. Please reference your tracking number when calling.     How To Receive A Shipment of Pedicure Chairs | Lexor Support

    Orders over 150 lbs. Are usually shipped via freight carrier. When a freight order is delivered, please be sure to inspect your freight shipment using the guidelines below before accepting the delivery.

    1. Examine both the packaging and the material inside to ensure there is no physical damage.*
    2. The package is strapped down to a skid and the material received matches your Lexor packing slip.
    3. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please note all damages on the delivery receipt, take photos of damages, and call our Customer Care Representative immediately at 1-800-559-3630.
    4. All freight shipments are curbside deliveries unless otherwise noted. Our customer service team can arrange a lift gate service free of charge.
    5. Additional fees apply if you wish to change your address once a shipment is already in transit.
    6. Residential delivery will be subject to a fee of $50. No Inside delivery will be offered.

    Note: Damaged units MUST be reported within 24 Hours of receipt

    * If you find minimal damage that will not affect the way the unit operates, you make a note on the delivery receipt and accept the delivery. 

    *Lexor is not responsible for any damages claimed after 24 Hours of receipt and without note of damages on the delivery receipt.
